The Marvin and Frances Salisbury Scholarship is available to students who are graduating seniors from Eastmont, Wenatchee, or WestSide high schools in Washington. Students who were accepted into the Wenatchee Sunrise Rotary Club’s Challenge Program as high school sophomores and meet all Wenatchee Sunrise Rotary Challenge Program requirements are welcome to apply.
