The Mary and Bob Sierra Family Foundation Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors in Hillsborough County, Florida, who plan to attend a four-year college or university in Florida. Students who have earned course credit through Dual Enrollment, Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or Cambridge programs are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to those with demonstrated paid work experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.20 GPA
  • Minimum SAT composite score of 1170 or minimum ACT composite score of 24
  • Resident of Hillsborough County, Florida
  • High school senior from a Hillsborough County Public School in Florida
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Planning to attend a 4year college or university in Florida
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Completed a minimum of 100 community service hours
  • Have earned course credit through Dual Enrollment, Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or Cambridge programs
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference will be given to students with demonstrated paid work experience.
