The Mary Ann "Sandy" Santleben Lunsford Memorial Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen students at The University of Texas at Austin. Special consideration is given to students from Victoria High School in Victoria, followed by Yoakum High School in Yoakum, or St. Joseph High School in Victoria, Texas.
