Requirements

Applicants must be graduating from high school or a preparatory school.

Applicants must be interested in attending a Connecticut college or university that offers a bachelor's degree in order to prepare for a career in the professional studies of health (defined as school health teaching, not nursing, public health, or psychology), physical education, recreation, or dance.

Must be United States citizen and a resident of Connecticut.
