  • Graduating senior from one of the following districts: Bellefontaine City, Benjamin Logan, Indian Lake, Jackson Center, Ohio HiPoint JVS, Riverside, Ridgemont, Sidney City, Triad, Upper Scioto Valley, Waynesfield-Goshen, and West Liberty-Salem schools
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree Recipients of National Merit Scholarships of $4,000 or more and/or of the Ohio Academic Scholarship are not eligible for this award.
