  • Member of Texas Baptist congregation.
  • African American, Hispanic, Asian, or other minority culture.
  • Attending or planning to attend a university affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas as a full or part-time student.
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree as preparation for service as a future lay or vocational ministry leader in a Texas Baptist ethnic/minority church.
  • Participate in their respective ethnic/minority community.
