Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in North Carolina.
  • Both males and females may apply.
  • Applicants must be interested in majoring in music at a college in any state, with an emphasis on piano.
  • They must be sponsored by a Federated Club.
  • Each applicant will be required to perform at the sponsor's Arts Festival.
  • Winners are selected on the basis of talent and potential; financial need is not considered.
