The Mary Sue Cline Scholarships are available to graduating students from Biglerville High School in Pennsylvania. Students must have been residents of Adams County for at least two years and enrolled in the Upper Adams School District during their junior and senior years. Those accepted to a school to pursue a business, vocational, or technical program requiring no more than two years of study are encouraged to apply.
