The Mary Sue Cline Scholarships are available to graduating male and female students at Biglerville High School in Pennsylvania. Applicants must be a resident of Adams County, Pennsylvania for a minimum of 2 years and enrolled in the Upper Adams School District for their junior and senior years. Students who have been accepted to a school to pursue a business, vocational, or technical program requiring no more than 2 years of study are welcome to apply.
