The Massachusetts Public Service Scholarship is available to children of a Massachusetts U.S. Armed Service veteran who is a POW or MIA (Southeast Asia February 1, 1955- end of the Vietnam Campaign), or was KIA, OR child or spouse of a deceased Massachusetts public service employee. Massachusetts residentsseeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in the state are eligible to apply.
