The Matthew Chew Memorial Scholarship for the Arts supports residents from the 42 approved towns in Connecticut. Students planning to study for a degree in the arts are encouraged to apply. Those planning to study painting, drawing, or music performance receive special consideration, as well as residents of East Lyme, Groton, Ledyard, Montville, New London, Norwich, Stonington and Waterford.
