The Matthew Chew Memorial Scholarship for the Arts supports residents from the 42 approved towns in Connecticut. Students planning to study for a degree in the arts are encouraged to apply. Those planning to study painting, drawing, or music performance receive special consideration, as well as those students wishing to return to school.
