The Max W. Burns Memorial Scholarship Fund of White City supports graduates of Jackson County high schools in Jackson County, Oregon, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll full-time at a college or university in the United States and have participated in community service are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students from White City, Oregon.
