The Maxine V. Fennell/Robin Gaines Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to registered nurses (R.N.s) from New England who are from historically underserved populations and New England Regional Black Nurses Association (NERBNA) members. Students seeking a bachelor's, master's, or graduate degree in nursing or public health are welcome to apply.
