The McAllen Child Study Club Endowed Scholarship in the College of Education is available to college junior students attending The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Full or part-time students studying education and seeking a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Special consideration given first to McAllen ISD graduates, and secondly to Hidalgo County graduates.
