The MCH Scholarship Fund supports children and dependents of EyeHealth Northwest employees in Oregon and Washington as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll part time in an undergraduate program at a college or university in the United States are encouraged to apply.

  • Resident of Oregon or Washington
