The Melton Art Scholarship is available to students pursuing art/visual art at a college or university in Oklahoma. College freshmen, sophomores, juniors, or current art educators pursuing a certificate are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students with financial need and for students needing funds to study art abroad.
