The Merfeld Family Foundation Scholarship is offered to graduating high seniors or current college students attending a college or university seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree. Students whose parents or guardians are diagnosed with ALS are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students from Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino, Ventura, California, or Iowa, students demonstrating financial need, and students with a minimum 2.75 GPA.
