The Merle Earnshaw Memorial Scholarship program is open to current employees of the Phoenix Public Library (PPL) in Arizona who are pursuing a career related to children's services in a public library. Students who have completed at least 3 credit hours in an American Library Association (ALA) accredited master’s degree program are welcome to apply.
