Requirements
  • This program is open to full-time students at California State University Los Angeles, California State University Northridge, Loyola Marymount University, University of California at Los Angeles, and University of Southern California.
  • Applicants must be national student members of ASCE and also a member of their university's ASCE student chapter.
  • Selection is based on that video (40%), academic achievement (35%), growth within the civil engineering profession (15%), and attention to details (10%).
