About the Scholarship

The Michael Arken Scholarship supports members of Oregon AFSCME (American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees) Council 75 or AFSCME Retiree Chapter 75, as well as their eligible family members, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time in an undergraduate program are encouraged to apply.
