  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Resident of one of the following Pennsylvania counties: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Cumberland, Dauphin, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Washington, or Westmoreland
  • Graduating high school senior, or recipient of a high school diploma or GED
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
