The Michael Blume Memorial Scholarship is available to residents of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin who are studying aviation. Students who are actively engaged in local organizations and activities are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who are members of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) or their local EAA chapter.
