Requirements
  • This program is open to students of optical design (including lens design, illumination design, and computational optical design) from any country at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Applicants must have at least 1 more year, after the award, to complete their current course of study.
  • They must submit 2 letters of recommendation and a 5page essay on their academic background and interest in pursuing training or research in optical design.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
