The Michael Neal Minter Sr. Scholarship offers awards to graduating seniors from Capitol Hill, Classen School of Advanced Studies at Northeast, Choctaw, Douglass, Star Spencer, Millwood, and Mid-Del Public high schools in Oklahoma. Students who are planning to attend a trade or vocational school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students with financial needs in the event of a tie.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in the U.S. Preference is given to students with financial needs in the event of a tie.
