The Michael Neal Minter Sr. Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Capitol Hill, Classen School of Advanced Studies at Northeast, Choctaw, Douglass, Star Spencer, Millwood, and Mid-Del Public high schools in Oklahoma. Students who demonstrate strong academics and financial need are welcome to apply.
