The Michael T. Abel Scholarship is for students who are attending or planning to attend the undergraduate program at either Grove City College or Geneva College, both Christian liberal arts colleges in Pennsylvania. Applicants should attend and be active members of their church. Special consideration is given to students affiliated with a church that is part of the Allegheny District of the Evangelical Free Church of America.

Requirements
  • Graduating high school senior planning to attend or an undergraduate attending Grove City College or Geneva College
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA for incoming freshman and rising sophomores; 3.0 for rising undergraduate juniors and seniors
  • Attends and is active in local church
  • Proven employment experience
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to applicants who are affiliated with a church in the Allegheny District of the Evangelical Free Church of America.
