Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to women from Michigan who are interested in working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in a field related to technology at a school in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to female residents of Michigan who are graduating high school seniors, current undergraduates, or graduate students and are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be planning to work on a degree in a field related to technology, including computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, digital forensics, information assurance, information systems, or software engineering.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Programs in which technology is a secondary element (such as architecture, biomedical engineering, finance, library science, marketing, mechanical engineering, or psychology) are not eligible.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

U.S. citizenship is required.
