The Michigan State University Alumni Association of Saginaw County Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from any high school in Saginaw County, Michigan, as well as residents of Saginaw County who graduate from an accredited private or public high school. Students planning to attend Michigan State University are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students receiving the Outstanding Junior Award.
