The Mike & Betty Morgan Scholarship supports Harney County, Oregon, residents and graduates of Harney County high schools, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students studying an agriculture-related field who plan to enroll at least part time in an undergraduate program at a college or university in the United States are encouraged to apply.
