The Mildred Louise Bartle Memorial Award is for community college students attending Southwestern Illinois College. Students who participate in a performance ensemble (College Choir, Jazz Band, Concert Band, or Guitar Ensemble) are welcome to apply. Students will demonstrate musical talent through an audition.
