The Mildred Towle Scholarship for African-Americans is for students seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree. Students who demonstrate financial need and academic merit are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to U.S. citizens, students pursuing studies in the social sciences pertaining to international understanding and interracial fellowship, African-American students, and students who are studying in Hawai'i full-time.
