  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year, to residents of Hawaii, to those enrolled or plan to enroll at Boston University fulltime, and to those pursuing studies in the social sciences pertaining to international understanding and interracial fellowship.
