The Milestone Bridge Builder Scholarship II is awarded to graduating seniors from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School or the National Academy Foundation in Baltimore City, Maryland. Students seeking a certification or an associate degree are welcome to apply. Those who are the first generation of their family to attend college receive special consideration.
