Requirements
  • This program is open to children and spouses of military members on active duty or active duty Reserve at MCAGCC or MWTC, who died on active duty, or who are retired.
  • Applicants must reside in the Morongo Basin, Greater Palm Springs, or the Bridgeport area.
  • They must be seniors graduating from high schools or equivalent home schools in the area or enrolled at an accredited 2 or 4-year college, university, or vocational school in any state and working on a certificate or associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Selection is based on merit.
