Requirements
  • This program is open to students who have hemophilia or Von Willebrand Disease and their siblings, children, or parents.
  • Applicants must be 1) Maryland residents who are entering or attending a community college, junior college, 4year college, university, or vocational school in any state; or 2) students who have attended a Maryland school for at least 1 year.
  • Selection is based on those essays, academic goals, transcripts of current academic work, volunteer work, and letters of recommendation.
