Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Mississippi who plan to attend an accredited college, university, or community college in the state.
  • Applicants must be the child or grandchild of employees or elected officials of Mississippi municipalities that are members of the MMSC Liability Plan or the Workers Compensation Group.
  • Selection is based primarily on that essay; financial need is not considered.
