Mississippi Undergraduate Car Tag Stipend Scholarship provides scholarships/loans to residents of Mississippi who are working on an undergraduate degree in nursing at a school in the state and have a license plate for nursing on their car.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Mississippi who have a current registered nurse (R.N.) license and are currently enrolled full-time in an associate or baccalaureate nursing program in the state.

Applicants must have a special nursing license plate on their personal vehicle at the time of application and during receipt of funding.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on that essay, transcripts, school of nursing activities, community activities, awards and honors, and 3 letters of reference.
