The Missouri Education and Training Voucher Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Missouri who have been in foster care. Undergraduates studying for a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.

  • Current or former foster child who leaves foster care after 18 or has legal guardianship from the public foster care system after 16 and is not yet 26 years old
