The Missouri Reach Tuition Waiver Scholarship is available to students at Missouri public colleges for state residents who have been in foster care. Undergraduate students studying for an associate or bachelor's degree in MO are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are not eligible for ETV, were adopted from the Children's Division after 14, and have at least 60 college credit hours.

  • Complete 100 hours of community services or public internships
