Missouri State Thespians Theatre Education Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Missouri who have been active in theater and plan to study theater education at a college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Missouri who have participated in activities of Missouri State Thespians, are members of the International Thespian Society, and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college or university in any state and major in theater education.

They must attend the annual state conference and participate in an interview where they present a folio of created materials, such as lesson or unit plans or production notebooks.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
