The Mittie Reece Nickles Scholarship provides renewable awards to residents of one of the 59 approved rural counties in Oklahoma. Students who are pursuing a degree in accounting, engineering, agriculture, or technology, and demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who plan to return to and reside in rural Oklahoma after college graduation.
