MMCSC Family Member Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to high school seniors and current undergraduates who have ties to the Maryland Military and Civilian Spouses Club (MMCSC).

Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors and currently-enrolled college students who have a military-dependent identification card.
  • Applicants must also meet at least 1 of the following requirements: 1) have a family member who is an activeduty or retired service member assigned to, attached to, or working in Maryland; 2) is a member or has a parent who is a member of the MMCSC; or 3) has another affiliation with Maryland's military community.
  • They must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state.
  • In the selection process, the greatest emphasis is placed on community service, but consideration is also given to the essay and academic achievement (measured by GPA and ACT/SAT scores); financial need is not considered.
