MOCPA Minority Scholarship provides financial assistance to minority residents of Missouri who are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting at a university in the state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to members of minority groups underrepresented in the accounting profession (Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Asian American) who are currently working full time on an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting at a college or university in Missouri.
  • Applicants must either be residents of Missouri or the children of members of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA).
  • They must be U.S. citizens, have completed at least 30 semester hours of college work, have a GPA of 3.3 or higher, and be student members of the MSCPA. Selection is based on the GPA, involvement in MSCPA, educator recommendations, and leadership potential.
  • Financial need is not considered.
