MOCPA Minority Scholarship provides financial assistance to minority residents of Missouri who are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting at a university in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to members of minority groups underrepresented in the accounting profession (Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Asian American) who are currently working full time on an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting at a college or university in Missouri.

Applicants must either be residents of Missouri or the children of members of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA).

They must be U.S. citizens, have completed at least 30 semester hours of college work, have a GPA of 3.3 or higher, and be student members of the MSCPA. Selection is based on the GPA, involvement in MSCPA, educator recommendations, and leadership potential.

Financial need is not considered.
