The Montgomery Rotary Club Scholarship is available to graduates of Oak Hill High School in Oak Hill, or Riverside High School in Belle, West Virginia. Students attending a 2- or 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their academic merit and demonstration of financial need.
