Mountain View Electric Association Power Lineman Scholarship provides financial assistance to students whose families receive electric service from the Mountain View Electric Association (MVEA) and who are entering an occupational training program at an accredited power lineman school in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors and GED recipients who are entering occupational training programs at accredited power lineman schools in any state.

Applicant's parents or legal guardians must be currently receiving electric service from MVEA in central Colorado.

High school graduates must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
