The Mr. John Riggle Scholarship is awarded to Hawai'i high school graduates who played in a high school band for three or more years. Students must be residents of Hawaii currently enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students at a college or university in any state. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
