The Mrs. Patty Shinseki Spouse Scholarship Program awards scholarships to spouses of Army Soldiers seeking an undergraduate degree. Spouse of an active duty or retired Soldier or the widow(er) of a Soldier who died while on active duty or while retired are welcome to apply.
