The MSIRE Merit Scholarship is available to graduate students accepted into Florida International University who have demonstrated outstanding academic and work achievements. Students seeking a graduate degree in international real estate are eligible to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.25 GPA and a 600 GMAT score or a 158 quantitative and 160 verbal GRE score **OR**
  • Completed an undergraduate degree, minimum 3.5 GPA, with participation in community service, internship, or extracurricular involvement **OR**
  • Ten years of real estaterelated work, minimum 3.25 GPA **OR**
  • Earned a master’s degree, minimum 3.5 GPA, with a 3.25 GPA in an undergraduate degree
  • Resident of the U.S.
