The Mulholland Futures Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or TASC/GED recipients residing in counties served by Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley. Special consideration is given to applicants who were in recent care, within the previous five years, at Youth Services System, Inc.

  • Graduating high school senior or recent high school graduate or TASC/GED recipient (within the previous five years)
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree Preference is given to applicants who were in recent care at Youth Services System, Inc; within the previous five years.
