The Napoleon Jones, III Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in zip codes 92113, 92114, and 92115, or graduating from Crawford, Morse, Lincoln, Hoover, San Diego (in downtown San Diego) high schools, and the School for the Creative and Performing Arts in San Diego, California. Students who are planning to attend a 4-year university in the U.S. and serve their community through extracurricular activities, work, church, or volunteer service are encouraged to apply.

Seeking a bachelor's degree at a 4year university in the U.S. as a full-time student

Participate in extracurricular activities, church, volunteer service, or work
