National DHIA Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to family members and employees associated with the National Dairy Herd Information Association (NDHIA).

Requirements
  • This program is open to full-time students entering or enrolled at a technical, 2-year, or 4-year institution.
  • Applicants must be a family member or employee of a herd on the DHI test, or a family member of an employee, or an employee of a DHI affiliate.
  • They must also submit 250word essays on 1) why they chose their college or vocational school and how its program is consistent with their career objectives; 2) their current goals and objectives (personal, educational, and career); and 3) a special experience or related activity and how it was important to them.
  • Selection is based on responses to the questions, academic achievements, leadership, community activities, work experience, and knowledge of and experience with DHIA.
