Requirements
  • This program is open to students who are legally blind and residents of Michigan or attending college in that state.
  • Generally, applicants must be enrolled fulltime at a college or university, although part-time students with additional responsibilities such as employment or parenting may also be eligible.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
  • Recipients are required to attend the sponsor's state convention. Travel, hotel, meal, and registration expenses are provided.
